I used to take MSM in tablet form and decided to try it in powder because there are no bulking agents. I take just under half a teaspoon in a glass of water twice a day, since MSM should be taken every 12 hours to keep it in your system. It is best to take with a source of Vitamin C to aid it, I use supplements when I am not drinking citrus juices.I take it to increase collagen production in my skin and improve hair and nails. If taking for the first time take a tiny bit at first and build up gradually, there is a detox effect some people experience. I didn't really notice it but I had taken msm tablets before although over a year ago.My packet would not reseal (the reseal strip detached from the foil packet) so I had to find a container to store it in. I found the price good and the product very good.

My review is a little early, but I dissolved a tablespoon in water and drank it. Its very sour but as my mom said medicine that doesnt taste nice always works well. I can feel it neutralizing me, I eat a lot of carbs and have a poor immune system this looks like it is working I will continue, but after my attempt I feel like its working and cleansing me.

I bought this before doing a bit more research into MSM. It seems that the distilled version made in the US under the name OptiMSM is the best kind to take. This is no slight on Indigo Herbs, they fully explain on their website the origin and manufacturing process used to make their MSM, and no doubt it's very effective. Sulfur is the 4th most abundant mineral in the body and getting MSM from diet alone can be tricky as we don't know what's in the soil that provides our food. I just think if you're going to take MSM then plum for the best type which is distilled not crystallised.

It arrived quickly but not really sure if it has any real health benefits

I'm very disappointed with this product. After few days of taking it I started to feel unwell. I stop talking this and went to the doctors. I would not recommend or buy this product again. I should go back to my old brand.

This product should be a household must. It delivers on what is stated it can do. I purchased this product for an alternative to orthodox pain relief, it really works. I'm glad that I purchased this item after much research. I no longer use prescription or over the counter medication. Packed well and arrived on time. Will purchase this item again and I have recommended to family and friends. See the improvements in your life. Great for fibromyalgia sufferers.

prodotto ottimo, ho aspettato mesi per scrivere una recensione e sono davvero soddisfatta. è molto amaro ma di per sé non ha un sapore: è soltanto amaro. però funziona se utilizzato regolarmente ed è veramente purissimo.

Dall'inizio dell'assunzione di questo prodotto si sente un effetto lassativo, il che contribuisce ad alleviare la stitichezza, si risente anche un effetto lievemente analgesico. Temevo sopra tutto che il gusto sia terribile finalmente nulla di che è solo amaro ha anche una gradevole struttura cristallina ed inodore sicuramente pura MSM a 100% come descritto. Consigliatissimo
