A straight up classic. Meet the Levi's bestseller that's not too loose and not too tight, it's just right. Levi's 514 Straight Fit Pants sit low on the waist with a regular fit through the thigh and a straight leg. Need an easy day-to-night outfit? Tuck in a button-down shirt and finish off the look with thick-soled boots.

Nice jeans
I was looking for something that wasn’t baggy but also wasn’t skinny, these are the ones. They may still be a bit/tad too skinny for some but they just look right. A little tight around the thighs Its not too bad plus they stretch. I’m a bigger person if that helps anyone and they fit nice.

Nice jeans
Bought for my boyfriend. They looked nice and were true to size. He says they are comfortable to wear too.

Comfortable
Wow! Very soft and comfortable. They are stretchy and seem to move with you. I will definitely get more of these. Size seem to be true as well.

Good jeans, but....
The style and color are good. BUT,these are a little too stretchy for me. It said 2% spandex so I thought I was good. They fit nice through the legs ect.but are loose on the waist. I don't like belts either so I took them up 1/2 inch and it helps.

Looks great!
I can’t always make it into the store so Amazon is great place to buy everything I need. I was initially worried that I might get knockoff Levi’s but they are the real thing. Another thing I was worried about was that some dyes tend to make some jeans tighter to wear - maybe the dark dyes tend to shrink it so it made with hotter water (I have no clue but it’s just my personal experience). But these were great. True to size. Same cut/fit as expected.(Note: this was bought for my husband who said that he would wear them to work where it’s business casual every day. No complaints means these are awesome!)

Very nice, but different colors use different fabrics
These are super-nice jeans if you like low-rise Levi's. Note that some colors have 1% elastic and some have 2%. There's a HUGE difference between them, where the 2% is way softer and more comfortable, but less durable.

If you are looking for stretch jeans, this is your answer
I got tired of inhaling and pulling hard in opposite directions. So, I ordered a couple of pair of those $120 stretch jeans that you may have heard about on the radio as being the best jeans ever!! Unfortunately, those were going to take about 10 days to get to me and I needed them 4 days later for a cycling trip. Amazon Prime to the rescue at $40ish with 2-day delivery. Got them as scheduled and tried them on. Felt great and a perfect fit. Wore them the whole cycling trip when not cycling (although these would work perfectly fine for 2-4 hour cycling trips. I need the extra padding of cycling short Chamois when taking longer trips). Got back home and the $120 jeans were waiting. Tried them on and I like these Lee jeans better. Sent the $120 jeans back to their owner. A couple of caveats: 1) These are REALLY stretchy like 2-4" of extra give. If you don't like lots of stretch, these may not be for you; 2) Because they are REALLY stretchy, they do not sit as securely on your hips as "regular" cotton denim jeans and you will need a belt to help keep them riding where they are supposed to ride. Along that vein, these jeans have an extra elastic band along the waist to help minimize this issue. The $120 jeans did NOT have a similar strip and therefore the problem was much more pronounced on the $120 jeans; 3) Frankly, I thought these were better versions of the $120 jeans at a much cheaper price. I took great care in comparing fabric compositions between these and the $120 versions trying to get the same (or as close as I could get) fabric compositions as the expensive jeans but in the Lee brand. I also tried a Lee variant with different fabric construction. I liked those too but these were better. The secret from my perspective is to get a Lee style with 2-3% elastine in the fabric (as compared to spandex). That was the closest match to the expensive jeans. I have completely replaced my cotton denim jean inventory with these jean. So, yeah, I really like them. Way more comfortable and flexible than the traditional all cotton denim jeans.

Weighs ~ 10% less than they used to a couple years ago
I've been wearing Levis 514 for decades now, they fit me reasonably well, they're reasonably durable, and I thought they were reasonably standardized. That's the whole point of having a model number, so that when your pants wear out or you need more, you can get more of the thing that you liked. I bought 3 pair to refresh my wardrobe in late 2023, and they weigh about 60 grams less than they used to. 650 grams vs 709. And they're baggier and looser. I probably need to find a new brand, which I hate, because buying online is a lot of trial and error when you don't know how something's going to fit. Just keep making the thing I liked and I'll keep buying it. Levi's broke that contract.

Perfect for me!
I bought the Spider Crab. It fits exactly the way I wanted! Not too tight, not too loose. Wash and sizing is on spot. Material is mid weight with right amount of stretch. Happy!

Levis.
New items, OEM trousers, Levi ... nothing more to say. They do fit large - i.e. my waist measures ~35", and I fit comfortably into 33" waist 514s (which has always been the case).
