hung a 4 foot 50 kilo leather bag from my sons bedroom ceiling with this ,i used a magnet to find the nails holding the plaster board to the joists then put 4 6inch brass screws into it ,he is a black belt in karate and a boxer he pounds that bag , it hangs firm . btw am glad am not that bag ;-)

Bracket seems sturdy enough but bolts and D-clip are rubbish. The bolts are poorly manufactured and the D-clip is a mangled mess. Will need to purchase a decent set of bolts/screws to secure it to a joist.

Solid, does what you'd expect. I've got one holding a 90kg+ Largest size Aquabag (that's been up for over a year now) and another for a TRX strap training system. I weigh 95kg+ both are being put to the test and solid, screwed into wooden beams in the garage.
