Impressive
Before I received the ear buds customer service contacted me to ask about the quality. When I opened it up and charged them I followed the directions and connected them no problem. The right side was fading in and out so I notified the rep. He told me to keep them and they would send another set. It arrived ahead of time and I have had no problems with the new pair. It is easy to use. Great sound and very comfortable. Thank you!

Good quality and sound, but....
I like the sound and they're easy to connect to bluetooth. Charging is pretty speedy as well. I didnt give these 5 stars because no matter what i try, and whichever bud cover size i use, they will not fit securely in my ears. I don't think i have weird ears, but i may be wrong.

They are not built for anyone with small ears.
Arrived a day late and didn't fit my ears correctly so i got rid of them. The quality of sound and noise cancellation was excellent though. Had they fit right, id still be wearing them.

Aside from comfortability, great purchase.
So far, these headphones are pretty well made. Connecting is easy, usage is easy, and they have really good sound quality. The only downside, and really the ONLY reason for a 4/5 rating, is because it's so difficult to get them in my ears COMFORTABLY. Otherwise, a very solid purchase on my part.

Great sound!
Easy to charge and connect to iPhone. Battery life lasted about 3 hours and 45 minutes. They stayed in my ears pretty good while I worked I the yard. The ear buds are comfortable to wear. Great sound!
