This is a set of 20 Chair Leg Protectors for Hardwood Floors that also works on vinyl flooring.Since we live in an apartment building, I needed something to keep my new chairs from making noise when we move them around on the vinyl flooring. These chair leg protectors work well for that. The felt pads on the bottom keep the noise down. They also make it easier to move the chairs around.The protectors are sticky, though, which makes it difficult to put them on the chair legs. They did not come with any instructions but there are instructions on the product page. You can’t just slide them onto the chair legs. I pulled them open like the instructions say but it was still difficult to get them onto the legs. I ended up pulling the edges open, then rolling the edge back, putting the chair protector onto the leg, then rolling the edge back up. That worked well for me and the leg protectors fit well and, so far, have stayed on the chairs.

The media could not be loaded. We recently replaced our flooring in our dining room. Our old floor had been fairly badly scratched by repeated moving of the chairs over the years.To avoid having our new flooring scratched, I went shopping for some form of protection. I found these felt and silicone socks for chair legs. They looked pretty decent and the price was great, so I ordered a set. They showed up very quickly.These are a very simple concept. You simply slip one of the socks over each leg of a chair, and make sure that the felt pad is positioned properly so that it's level with your floor. They come in different sizes, so make sure to measure your chair legs before ordering.The felt pads are dense and thick, and the silicone is a heavy duty material.After the new flooring was installed, I got all of my chairs set up and put in place.They worked great!The chairs slide across the floor very easily. Even while sitting in a chair with the extra weight, they still slide smooth and without leaving any marks or scratches.We've had them in place for a couple of months now and I haven't seen a single mark on the floor. I've inspected the felt pads as well, and haven't seen any degradation of the pads either.These chair leg socks are inexpensive, well made, easy to install, and work great.I would definitely recommend these for use on your hardwood or vinyl floors.

These are considerably smaller than the brand they are emulating and do not fit our chairs. It is unfortunate, because they seem to be relatively high quality otherwise. I have one chair that they fit on the front two legs of, and they are holding up well. The pads stay attached to the silicone really nicely, they just need to be replaced when the foam wears out, after picking up a lot of detritus and gunk, it just ends up not sliding anymore.Due to the small size, I would not order these again.

Make sure you pick the right size for you chairs. We got these for a new set an we realized that the chair legs were smaller at the bottom than they were compared to the rest of the legs. This meant these didn't fit right. Still good quality though, would absolutely recommend based on the quality and padding they had on them.
