Excelant climbing frame
Bought this for for granddaughters birthday, and know she will have years of great fun out of this purchase, despite reviews saying that it took extrodunary amounts of time, my son had it up and running in about five hours. Well worth the time and effort, was delivered well in time and would recommend.

Poor Quality
Poorly finished, inferior quality timber. Numerous feathered edges and splintering, (I'm still picking sharp fragments from my fingers). It is like a slightly denser Balsa, but rougher and with countless splits in boards.Several pieces warped. One of the main support legs for the 'Fort' was extremely distorted, and several boards 'rocked' when placed on a flat surface.Assembly was such an ordeal. The instructions are just awful, with the need for constant back reference to the piece numbering or previous sections. As for the piece numbering - many of the wooden items had incomplete or missing numbers, identification only being possible by measuring and comparing hole configurations. Also, why state a 'notional' size and also an 'actual' size? Why not just give an accurate figure in the first place..It took two competent persons, who were well prepared, well equipped and familiar with flat-pack constructions seven hours to assemble the playset! I'm not embarrassed to state this time as I feel that your product fought us every step of the way. Thankfully, we were spared the FA cup final - missing it in order to complete our task. Now, you'll probably say that I should have returned the playset, or at least the defective parts, if not satisfied. The reason I didn't was because it was to be a surprise gift for my Granddaughter's birthday and needed to be completed for the next day. I'd already had delivery time issues with your courier and so had been pre-warned that they wouldn't be back in our area until the end of the month at the earliest. So ... we made the best of it.The only positive is that my Granddaughter seems really happy with her gift, although this is also likely to mean that she'll be very upset when it prematurely falls to bits, as I'm certain it will.Clearly £307 doesn't get you much these days.

Quality product, quite easy to build
We bought this product for our 2 year old daughter, It took about 6-7 hours for two people to build but a good hour of this was simply sorting the parts and labelling them, construction itself was quite straight forward and if this was done before hand (including labelling front and back) and it could be done in just a few hours.Anyway it was up and my daughter loved it so the effort was all worth it.
