Works well for a lower priced option. Easy to charge with the cable (like a phone charging cable). Several power settings and timer plus indicator shows battery level for charging. Compact size so not too heavy to hold while using. This is not like a high end expensive massage gun but it does a good job considering the price. I broke my ankle badly so have been using for massage to create blood flow and help with muscles on calf and either side of shin and ligaments in foot and ankle.

Opened the box and already I thought it was used because of the amount of dust and small particles that were found inside. Looked at the round massage head and there was white residue, which I knew immediately was used by another person due to previously bought massage guns. The bullet massage head also came with sticky residue all over.I didn't return it, because it was easier to clean and disinfect than going through the hassle of a return.The product itself is good. It came with 3/4 bars of battery and after 10 minutes of use over a couple days, this bar has not dropped. Specifically bought a mini/small massager because previously bought "normal" sizes were too big for my hands and heavy that any massage session rendered more pain in the muscle areas used to lift said massager. I use this way less in time duration compared to the "normal" size ones, because its size allows me to target specific areas quickly and surely.The heads are super easy to swap out and they don't fall out (so far).All in all, I love the chic design and keep this out right next to me, because it is easy on the eyes and not bulky.^^^^^^^^^^That's why I didn't return it, because I kind of needed a new one PRONTO and didn't want to wait another day before use while waiting for replacement shipment.BOTTOM LINE: I received a USED one when I ordered new.

It charges quickly, has a powerful, deep, massage treatment. Easy to hold and storage case is great.

This massage gun has a nice weight to it and it really does feel good. However; the battery doesn't stay charged very long.
