These boots are amazing! As a long distance runner and rock climber, I use them on a daily basis. As someone who has had hip surgery, I am no stranger to compression devices and used numerous types during my rehabilitation at my local physical therapy clinic.After doing a lot of research, I decided on the Therabody RecoveryAir PRO. I wanted the ability to customize every parameter. I can do this either on the base itself or on the Therabody app. The app is well designed and the UI is a breeze to navigate through.The boots are well constructed and have four zones that allow me to control the pressure for each zone. I am also able to customize the amount of pressure I would like in each zone as well as inflation/deflation patterns (sequential, isolation, wave, and flow). If you want something simple, there are programed presets (recovery, warm up, interval, isolation) for ease of use.I also like the how the base has it's own battery so you're not confined to staying plugging into a wall outlet. From my experience, depending on the duration of your recovery, I've used it daily comfortably for a week on a single charge. This allows you to have the freedom to take it on the go.I've owned the product for about two months and I use it post-runs and on my days off. It is particularly most helpful when DOMS (delayed onset of muscular soreness) kicks in. The boots has definitely cut down my recovery times and always leaves me feeling rejuvenated. As much as I love foam rolling, sliding on the boots and turning them on is effortless and has been my go-to form of recovery. I highly recommend them if you're looking for simple solution to boosting your recovery.

They are very well made and easy to use. I’ve used them after after my work outs as well as after strenuous hikes. The compression felt like getting a therapeutic massage! You can even set the level of pressure! It felt amazing on my legs and completely took away the soreness. I felt so relaxed just like after a massage! It’s pretty awesome that you can use them wirelessly. The interface lights up and the settings are easy to understand. You can follow one of their programs or create your own. They are easy to clean as well. I am excited to have the RecoveryAir PRO boots for recovery after all of my workouts. It’s a game changer for recovery!

Don’t feel any different after using it. You feel better stretching and foam rolling. Not much customization as the app is pretty much useless as you need to manually confirm the connection between your phone and the device and most of the time it doesn’t connect.

I love the minimalist look of Therabody boots. The pump is easily portable and isn’t too high tech. I love how you can align the pressure of the system to your needs and that there are different modes to choose from, such as: Isolation, Interval, Pro. mode, Recover and warmup. The system is easy to navigate and in comparison to my normatec, it is easier to store back into its box for travel. As an athlete, this is a machine you will need nearly everyday and as a traveler as well, it’s easy to just pick up and go.I would also like to add that the pressure goes up very high and it’s best to be careful when inputting your settings.

I recently ordered the therabody recovery pro boots and they are great!! I had used a similar pair once before at my physical therapists office for recovery and now I am so stoked to have my own pair. They are very easy to use/setup and there is also an app available to customize the compression levels.The pro comes with a home device which you can charge up and then use the boots wherever you would like. One thing I would definitely recommend is double checking your size before buying. I am 5'4 (chart suggested a small) and ordered a medium so they are a touch big/long, but the compartment compressions all work well and now I will be able to allow more friends to use them if they wish as well which is nice!!One other thing that is cool about the pro boots vs the prime and jetboots is the ability to set the hold time for the pressure and also customize the pressure level within each of the 4 chambers. Super excited to see what else the app comes out with in the future!!

My daughter is 15 years old she plays competitive soccer and she has been using Therabody Recovery Pro every day now for 3 weeks . It has made a significant change on her recovery ,no pain from practices or games. . Therabody definitely helped her legs getting rid of inflammation too ! Great product.

I feel like I am getting a massage for my legs at home! I love these boots already. They are easy to use with simple instructions. I was able to open the box and try my first session within minutes. I am really excited to add them to my recovery routine. They are quiet and I like how I can recover while sitting on my phone or doing work or watching tv. I like how they fold easily and can be stored back in the box our pouches they came with to be easily stored in my NYC 1 bedroom apartment. The buttons and settings are easy to use and navigate.

I used this product my whole college tennis career and couldn’t wait to use it again. It is indispensable after a long day of practice and fitness. User friendly and very convenient. We would take it when traveling to tournaments, easy to transport and to use anywhere. Great for soreness and muscle relaxation. I feel completely refreshed after a session!
