Is probably my fault that I didn't look at the details but this thing is very small it's about an inch and a half height and I misunderstood I thought it was either perpetual motion or solar. I didn't really take time to look at the details but it's none of those you have to manually Spin It Yourself. but because it's small you may exert and little to much force to spin which may cause it to topple over.

Gravity is not defied
The ball is attached to the structure it resides in. This spins on the base. It's well made, but, once the trick is identified the fun has gone - which takes less than a minute. It was over-sold and I feel let down by it.
