Yes! Yes! Yes!
I loved everything about this book. For me, characters make or break a novel - and Robyn is the best at developing her characters. For me, these people will always be alive and well, thanks to her talents. Good people, good story, good setting. What’s not to love?

Great Love Story
I just love the story of Dylan, child actor now pilot and Katie, widowed young mom of twin 5 year old boys. She had a crush on him at 12 yrs old then fast forward twenty years and a chance meeting changes both their lives. Wonderful characters and and interesting storyline makes this a love able story to read over and over!

pretty good book
I enjoyed reading the next book in the Virgin river series. I was able to read in one day. The story between Katie and Dylan was very believeable. I enjoyed catching up more with her brother from the last book Connor & Leslie. I am not use to reading a romance with a single mom but Robyn Carr did a great job showing Katie as a single mom ready for romance. The book was fun & easy to read. I recommend reading. If you haven't read any of the Virgin series books try to read the last one about Katie's brother Connor before readig this one. I look forward to the next book. I am thinking a story for Nora & maybe Tom will be soon (maybe together as one).

Another great Virgin River story!
Robyn Carr is one of my favorite all time author's. She has never yet disappointed me. She takes you on a journey through these small towns in northern California mountains and in every book she always intertwines some of the characters we've already met. I think that is why I like her series the most. I don't have to wade through 5-6 chapters trying to learn all the new characters. You can pick up basically where you left off from the last book and jump right in, while she introduces you to a few more characters who've made their way into town. That's not to say that any one of her books couldn't qualify as a stand alone book, because they can. And while I like the Grace Valley series a lot, the Virgin River series will always be my favorite series. After Katie has spent time in Vermont hiding with her twins sons, she makes her way to Virgin River to join back up with her only other living relative beside her twins. On her way there she has a flat tire in the middle of no where, and is rescued by some savory looking characters on motorcycles. The first guy is a huge older man with a long beard and hair. At first she is scared to death, and then she turns around and sees her teenage idol standing before her. Dylan was once a well known teenage heartthrob in a t.v. series , until he starts to get into major trouble running around with the wrong Hollywood crowd. Then his Grandmother, also a movie star, whisks him off to Montana in the middle of the wilderness hoping to straighten him out. Dylan does straighten out and turns into a true gentleman. While still in his teen years he makes friends with a few men who run a small airport, and eventually teach him how to fly. He eventually builds his own small airport, but he's run into a little trouble keeping it a float, due to the bad economy. So he does what he has to do to keep his people working.

LOVE this series! Highly recommend!
I read all of the Virgin River series and absolutely loved it. There is just enough steamy mixed with adventure, mystery, sometimes crime, and lots of drama! I couldn't put them down. It only took me about 4 months to read all of this series (many many books to enjoy!) and I wish there were more! 10/10 highly recommend this series! It is way better than the TV rendition.

One of my favorites in the Virgin River Series!
I have loved the Virgin River series since I started with Virgin River 20 some books ago and this one was one of my favorites. Dylan is one of my favorite Heros - a hot misguided child star all grown up to be the man his grandmother could be proud of - after one of his best friends overdosed in their teens. Dylan rides a Harley into Virgin River with one of R Carrs other great heros Walt from Summer in Sonoma. It was great to see him again - the lovable tough looking Harley motorcycle shop owner who found love in another of her books.Robyn Carr cranks out some of the best heros I've read. This one kept me hooked from beginning to end.

'Well, butter my butt and call me biscuit.'
I have read ALL of Robyn Carr's books and enjoyed each and every one, especially her Virgin River series. Virgin River is definitely a place I wouldn't mind living - the town, the men, the way of life, Jack's Bar, Preacher's food. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to read about them.Carr's books always have strong female protagonists and Katie Malone is no exception. Widowed mother of two small active boys she can be sexy and romantic but she can also change the oil in her vehicle. Dylan Childress used to be a child actor but he's no spoiled creampuff, thanks to his grandmother. He runs his own air charter business in Montana and just happens to be visiting Virgin River at the same time as Katie.A flat tire, a motorcycle trip, sparks start flying, bears come visiting and it's another super romance by Carr.

That Robyn Carr - she is awesome!
Man, I'm not even done this book yet and I have to give it five stars. How does Robyn Carr come up with so many inventive story lines, story lines that make you just want to keep reading, take you away from the pressures of your life and put you in a small town that never gets dull? The woman is a genious. This is the fifth or sixth Virgin River book I've read, and each one is as good as (or better than) the last. Pure entertainment. Makes me want to buy a cabin in the woods.
