Great beginner paddle with decent bounce! Also loved how vibrant the colors were. Played with it a couple of times and now chipping (so far). Definitely recommend for anyone getting into the game :)

Compared to other paddles, this is a lot heavier with a small sweet spot. I think you get what you paid for with this paddle.

I’ve just started taking Pickleball classes and have a thinner 12mm paddle, but wanted to try a thicker paddle such as this Dinkly brand 16mm. I’ve read that thinner paddles give more power and that a thicker paddle absorbs more of the ball’s energy, resulting in better control. I definitely notice a difference in the performance of each paddle. The grip circumference on this paddle seems a bit too large and isn’t comfortable for me. I think I would prefer this paddle over the 12mm one if it weren’t for the uncomfortable grip. Some might prefer the larger grip.

The Dinkly 16mm Pickleball Paddle with Cover came well packaged in a protective box with foam inserts. The thick, zippered cover fits snuggly, is well stitched, zips easily, and provides protection to the paddle surface (covers of this quality usually sell for $15 alone).The printed graphics are clean and bright - consistent with the pictures on Amazon. The paddle feels well balanced, is slightly heavier than similarly priced paddles (which I prefer) at 8.6 oz, and has a comfortable grip for my hand size (men's lg-xl) but which may feel too big around for people with small hands. The slightly textured graphite surface helps provide a bit more "grip" for those interested in working on ball spin.At $25, this is a great deal for a beginner/ intermediate paddle. I love the varied and colorful options (10) for this paddle - colorful paddles add more fun IMO.

I have played a few matches with this paddle and have found it to perform well. My favorite part about it is the fun, unique pattern (and pop of neon color).
