KitchenCraft Le'Xpress 3 Cup Cafetière / French Press Coffee Maker in Gift Box, Borosilicate Glass / Plastic, Black, 350 ml

I have tried other makes and this one is so far the best. It is stable having no legs and sitting flat to the table. The spout and lid mechanism combined has made this into a good pourer with no dribbling. The size is excellent as I need five good mugs at breakfast (I think 12 cups are of the small cup size!) It also looks good and is just what I wanted.

We ordered this cafetiere expecting a cheap glass and holder but although it is not the poshest looking thing it certainly does the job. Previously we have always had a better quality version with a metal holder but this has very quickly gone rusty making it look old and tatty. This problem doesnt exist with the plastic holder which is much better. The only negative thing I can say about it is that it is very hard to remove the glass from the holder if you leave the contents to go cold but if it is emptied whilst still warm no problem at all. Very happy to give the product 5* and to recommend and will definately buy another to put in the cupboard in case the glass gets accidentally broken

This is a quality produdct and fit for purpose but it is tiny and only a one person 1 cup cafetiere. I believe the 3 cup description is mis leading (becasue that is 3 very small cups and certainly not a cup size I would ever use for a coffee). If however you a small product (great for travellikng) that can make coffee for one (at a push to small cups), then I would recommend this item.

When it first arrived, I was not impressed to find the glass jug badly cracked in several places despite the box it came in being in perfect condition. However, with Amazon's excellent return and replace system, I was more than happy with the replacement, which is ideal for making ONE mug of coffee. As other reviewers have commented, to get 3 cups out of this would mean they had to be very small cups and/or very little coffee in each one!

The glass in the cafetiere arrived broken and I had to ask for a replacement. They themselves had to wait to replenish their stock before they could send me another one. So nothing happened immediately. However another one did arrive eventually and it turned out to be worth waiting for. much better than my old one - better look, finer filter.All in all I am happy with my purchase and readily excuse the delay. Well, it was Christmas time!

I ordered 6 of these for my hotel and 3 of them cracked on first use!!! The water used wasn't even at boiling point. The first one I used for a guest and discovered the coffee had leaked all over the tray (thankfully not over the guest!) and so I checked the remaining cafetieres to find that another two of them cracked on first use. All credit to Amazon though, they gave me an immediate refund. In hindsight I wished I had returned all 6 of them at the time.

I have been using this type of coffee maker for about 20 years and during that time I had dozens of them. The glass breaks off easily of any make but what I find different of Kitchen Craft Le`Express is the filter. It is thick and sturdy and filters the coffee to perfection. I am sure it will last forever. The last one I had from a different name, the wire filter lasted only 2 months, and it cost me double to buy. I find Kitchen Craft Le`Express is the best coffee making machine.

e' un ottimo prodotto, molto funzionale.il problema è che nn mi ero resa conto fosse così' piccola, dovreste specificare che è da tre tazzine e nn da tre tazze caffè americano

Ho preso questa caffettiera per preparare il caffè lungo all'americana, che deve piacere (a me piace, quindi la caffettiera è perfetta). Permette di preparare una tazza abbondante, può quindi risultare piccola. Per una persona va bene, per due vengono fuori due mezze tazze. La caffettiera è utilizzabile anche per il te o altre infusioni. E' facilmente lavabile. Prodotto sicuramente da consigliare.

Facile da usare. Fa' un buon caffè, anche se preferisco quello della macchina espresso, ma avendola presa causa rottura di quella elettrica, è stata un buon sostituto.
