I have real trouble falling asleep - this little device is kinda magic to me. I like the light sensations - and I am not sure why it is working - but it does for me. I wish is was more comfortable to wear - I have multiple ear piercings and not much space to clip the devices to my ears - and not so good for side sleeping. But - if I use it for a short session and remove it - I do find a benefit.

I did not find this product soothing or helpful to fall sleep, you have to clip it in both your ears, the pressure was uncomfortable, at least for me.
