Easy to use, and makes perfect cutouts.
I used this to punch 3 different types of paper - lightweight card stock, medium weight glitter paper, and heavy weight metallic board - and it worked perfectly for all 3. I bought this so I could use it to make circles for paper garland, and it did not disappoint in any way. The cuts were clean and easy to make, regardless of the paper I was using. I found the sliding plastic "catcher" on the bottom to be unnecessary and removed it during use. This is a quality punch, and I will not hesitate to buy more from this maker in the future.
