I've used 4 different makes and this is the most useful. It's the only one with a SEARCH MODE, so you don't have to scroll through all your files to get the one you want. (I haven't tried the $500 models.) That said, the first unit we got malfunctioned; we returned it on day 28. On day 30 we got the replacement, which is working great so far.... Hope I don't have to revise this review.

Muy desilucionada. El lapiz no funciona para los comandos, no puedo cuadrar la fecha, ni puedo archivar, ni configurar ni nada. Se pierde la imagen. Para imprimir debo interntar minimo cuatro veces. NO puedo imprimir en un sitio que quiero.

Does what it's supposed to. It dries quickly!

The media could not be loaded. Come with the ink cartridge. When you open the printer, you can DIY logo on the screen easily. You can insert text, pictures, tables and so on. I do enjoy the process to create my own logo.

This is a great asset to my business. It did not come with the usb that it claims comes with it, but does have everything else. I use this to print barcodes on items that came in without one. So far everything is working the way it should. Will update later.
