Good for the price
Quite happy with this product, the larger ones are fairly good, the smaller ones are a little too soft/weak.For home use I'm totally good with these, for professionals it might be a little flimsy.

NO instructions
Easy to use .. well no as there are no instructions ?After looking around I did find some online , these are for pulling up the skin via suction to allow blood to circulate around specific areas of the body.I found for example not to use them directly on veins, arteries, nerves, skin inflammation, any skin lesion, body orifices, eyes, lymph nodes, or varicose veins.Best to look for instructions. These are a thick silicon and easy to wash. Why thy not provide instructions is beyond me as you could actually do damage to your skin.

Fun and surprisingly relaxing.
I was a bit skeptical about these cupping sets at first, but I have to say they've pleasantly surprised me.I've known about these things for a while as I'm fascinated with Chinese traditional medicine. I always thought they seemed a bit kinky, if I'm honest, so I order these out of curiosity and fun more than anything else. They're actually really nice, super relaxing and soothing to use; a pleasant distraction after work. The suction feels great on my skin, they do seem to release tension, and I can see how they could help with things like circulation and cellulite. Definitely worth giving a try, even just for the novelty factor.

No detailed instructions
Disclosure. This is a review of a product I was sent for free via Vine. All opinions are my own.Having never done cupping therapy previously, the first thing that struck me was the lack of detailed instructions, just an infographic on the end of the box. I chose to do a bit of online research first before trying them out and did discover some safety points like avoiding broken skin, inflamed areas or varicose veins. There are 2 large silicone cups and 2 medium ones. My research indicated that large is most suitable for back, thighs and buttocks, whilst medium is more suited to shoulders, arms, calves and neck.My research gave a variety of opinions on duration and frequency, so I opted for the suggested 10 minutes as per box. The box also stated maximum 20 minutes and once a week.I also found it quite difficult initially to gain sufficient suction, with the cup dropping off itself after a few minutes, but I did improve with practice. Slightly easier with medium than large as the size makes it easier to grip for squeezing the air out. I concentrated on easier to reach areas of my body, as I think you may need some assistance for areas like your back. Should be easy for most people to use, so long as you have good dexterity in your hands / wrists for squeezing the cups, but not really suitable for those who have conditions like arthritic hands.Seemed quite easy to release the suction to remove the cup. However it did temporarily mark my skin, once removed. This had faded by the next day. But you may wish to consider not doing it on visible areas of your body, prior to going out.The box describes this product features as boost circulation, relieve muscle pain and reduce cellulite. I haven't tried it enough yet to comment as to whether it is effective in any of these regards. With hindsight, it may possibly have been sensible to book an initial treatment with a trained cupping therapist prior to trying this home cupping set.£9.99 seems good value to me, but I have never seen this type of product previously, so I don't really know.
