Good product and value for Money
My wife bought this product for me so that I could use it to supplement my kettlebell training. We chose this product because I work out in my garage and I didn't want the clutter of having multiple clubs of various sizes taking up space. I settled on the intermediate set that consisted of one handle, two bolts, two rubber washers, and two weighted heads. This gave me device that I could adjust from 8 to about 15 lbs. I wish now that I had just got the advance set with the 3rd weight that would have increased the option to use the club as a 25lb device. My only gripe is that you have to be careful when you screw the heads on the handle because there is the possibility that you could cross thread the handle and make it useless. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product for its versatility, cost, and the space it saves. I am going to try to contact the company to see if I can purchase the third weight separately. When I've worked up to it I may even purchase an second one. Save yourself some time. If you are going to purchase this training aid go ahead and get the advanced set with the three weight heads.

Great Quality
I bought the 10 and 20 pound bars and like them very much. The foam they use is key to comfortable workouts. I can’t imagine an unpadded iron bar resting across my shoulders. Also, the foam makes clean up easy. I never feel like my iron dumbbells are clean even after I sanitize them. I’m very happy with this product and would buy it again.

Great product.. I should sell these on commission.. I personal train and use these with my clients.. love that they are so inexpensive that they can get one for there homes.

The disc itself is great, but I'm waiting for the terrible smell to go away. Washing it did nothing.

Nice equipment, problem with the weight tag on the end.
tab on the ends of the poles fell off, needed to glue then back one

I so love this bar um can you add weights on it..doesn't seem like it not like flat dumbbells anyway the ends seem too hard to remove. but its 10 lbs and easy grip for me.. so cool.
