The Product if fine. I replaced the Filter supplied when the fridge was purchased with one of these and process was without issue, The fridge works fine and there is no visual difference in performance.When I purchased these filters I was told that they may have been repackaged. When the parcel arrived the three filters had been packed in a cellophane wrapper, with each filter in its own box. The wrapper had been opened, the top of one of the boxes had been damaged as it had been opened, the filter inside the box had originally been sealed in a thick plastic package, this inner bag had been opened and the Filter opening was pointing out of the box. Thus the filter had been exposed to the environment for an unknown time, and could have been contaminated, I was not comfortable with using this pre-opened filter. So I got two filters not three. The third filter, the pre-opened filter, went into the bin.These products should have the same protection as a hygene product. If the inner seal is opened the product should not have been returned or re-sold. I wouldn't buy a once used razor or toothbrush, i don't want to buy a filter which may have been handled by many then returned to sit exposed in dusty warehouses to dust, dirt and possible insects.

They don't work great and the light remains on the fridge to change the filter
