I really loved how easy to use this supplement is. It isn’t annoying to eat at all I feel like I am eating nothing. I do feel like it has improved my body I have been taking it for a little over 2/3 weeks would recommend to purchase!

I used the proper dosage. Tried for a few days and developed nausea that lasted a couple weeks. I had stopped taking it after 3 days. Going in the trash.

I'm no expert. But every other brand of shilijit I've tried tastes horrible, but gives me energy, metabolism, etc... This tastes good, but I feel like I wasn't getting the benefits. Almost as if they replaced a lot of the main ingredients to fix the taste. The texture and thickness was also way different compared to other brands I've tried. Which makes me worry if they added needless ingredients in here.If you're looking for the health benefits, I'd look elsewhere just my personal opinion.

This product was effective however, it took long than expected to it's effects although it was rated as one of the 1 top 10 brands of shilajit it was in the lower half of the list. I purchased it because it was unflavored and didn't have any after taste. I would still recommend this brand.
