I've use black sesame before and was happy to be able to get a bigger supply of it as I use it for bread and where I live it is hard to find unless I go to an asian market and there is only one in the area, then must buy small amounts. I really appreciate how fresh the seeds are also as like nuts they can become ransid and not only is that not appetizing but you also lose a lot of flavor .

I got these the day after I put in the order. T he quality is good and the price is reasonable, especially compared to local sources grocers. I use them in a cookie recipe which requires a cup of sesame seeds for each batch.

I toasted the sesame seeds and the flavor was wonderful. You get a lot of sesame seeds in the package which seals airtight.

I like the nutritional value of the organic sesame seeds

I have purchased several types of products from this company and have always been satisfied in the past. These sesame seeds changed that. They arrived about 3 weeks ago and I opened the package to toast some seeds for my dinner recipe. I expected to smell that nice sesame nutty aroma, but instead the bag smelled stale. I thought maybe toasting would bring out all the goodness, but the end result was toasted stale seeds with no sesame fragrance whatsoever. Very disappointed and I'm not able to return them. I won't take a chance on this brand again.

I make my own crackers from these and use them in numerous recipes, being a celiac (can't eat gluten in regular crackers) and on a keto diet.

Excellent quality. Fresh, not roasted. Great value for money/ quality. Fast delivery.

These make a nice additive to many dishes. I toast them very lightly. It's a large amount so the container they come in is appropriate for their storage. Probably best to store them out of the light though as they will last you for some time.
