Its was okay tbh as compared to other brands not happy that much

I’m not a flying beast hater in fact I watch that guy everyday but this creatine monohydrate is worse it catches moisture soo quickly bcoz as per mentioned, “super micronised” it doesn’t dissolve in water forget 30 seconds I’ve been trying since a minute and as you can see this is case with it! Hands down to technical advancements but it’s just not working. Mix ability is soo poor, I literally threw half box of it, My personal best recommendation is Optimum Nutrition plz don’t waste your money on this…
