I must admit, I was initially quite sceptical about this craft set, fearing it would be cheaply made. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality!The butterflies are constructed from thin wooden pieces that simply slot together. The colours are vibrant and come beautifully packaged, offering a wide selection to spark creativity. My eight-year-old daughter managed them perfectly. Notably, the set thoughtfully separates fluorescent colours and glitter into individual packets. It even includes string for hanging the completed butterflies, though we opted for nylon thread instead.The only thing to watch out for is assembling the butterflies before the glue dries completely. Aside from that, this is a fantastic craft set – it's easy to use, well-stocked with materials, and provides hours of design fun.

This is a great little set which has kept my little ones busy all afternoon which is great as I much prefer my kids to get creative with crafts than having their noses buried in iPads. What I didn't realise was that the butterflies are actually made of two pieces which slot together to create a 3D model. There is a small amount of paint enough for these butterflies but my kids had to finish off with their own paint as they always lean towards decorating everything in pink!The glow in the dark paints do work but you need to shine a bright torch on them to get them to glow and it tends to fade after a short while - pretty standard fare though so not too disappointed. All in all, you get quite a bit of variety for decorating the butterflies but I wish there were slightly more stickers and glow in the dark paint for the price.

Good value creative kit for kids.The daughter had brought something home from school like this a few days ago so when this kit came up for review i knew i have to get it for her.The wooden paintable pieces in this kit are 3 time bigger than the one she did with school and this one came with Paint, paint pens, Glitter & 2 packs of stick on gems.She has been busy for the last hour painting me one and one for the wife at the moment. For a creative gift that kids will love this is a 5 star product, for the price you do get a fair bit with it.

This is a fun kit, paint the butterflies slot them together and hang them. I never liked this typed of glitter glue, I prefer sprinkling glitter we already have onto project. Its a nice kit little girls will enjoy making the butterflies although I think its overpriced for what you get, I would be happy to pay a tenner.

This kit is for over 6 and I feel that is about right due to small parts and a bit of dexterity is needed to make a decent attempt.You get 6 two part butterflies made of laser cut ply. 12 bright paint pots, brushes, glitter glue, 4 glow in dark paints, and two sheets of stick on crystal type adornments.The four glow paints glow quite brightly after leaving in the light a while.One slight downer is there are no safety sheets about the liquids, especially the glowing ones. This is common with far east items. It is marked CE but no details are provided.Nice item though and priced about right.

They have a small hole at the top which is a great way to hang them up as decorations after they have been painted.There are many ways to decorate the butterflies included in the set which include paint, glitter glue, glow in the dark paint tubes and gem stickers. These are all really pretty and it's nice to have a variety of methods to decorate the butterflies whilst still allowing children to get creative in their own way. This is a lovely set that would be great for a group of children or just to add some decoration to a child's room. We are really happy with this set, they are a little pricey but they're very pretty so I feel they're worth it.
