So Far Just Right
I have had a variety of this type of "heat therapy" - home made (rice in a sock), gift (homemade rice in a nice cover), purchased - cheap ones, expensive ones, different sizes and shapes. This purchase was to replace one that had sprung a leak (after years of service - and was a homemade one). I use it for my lower back. I have had it 2 days, so I can't speak to how long it will last. But as of now, it is just the right size for my needs. It's probably the "lightest" one I've ever had. It heats nicely - 90 seconds in my microwave. I especially liked the price. So if I get even a year out of it, I'll be happy. It does have the fragrance of lavender, so if fragrance is not your thing, get one without. The other nice thing about this particular purchase is that it came sooner than promised. My back is very grateful!

Great for pain management
I bought this for labor and delivery of my baby girl. Bought two so I could heat one and freeze one. Being able to switch from heat therapy to cold therapy was amazing and did wonders to help me through contractions. Now, I use the heat feature for sore muscles and the cold for tension headaches. I have to say, the cold therapy is fantastic for those headaches because it provides the perfect cooling sensation without freezing my skin. 10/10 would buy again.

Amazing heat buddy.
Got this to replace real old bean buddy. It works just as well and smells great not over powering odor. This bag heater is awesone. I have used it for a year now and had no problems. Saw other reviews where they caught on fire. Mine never has. If you read directions and only heat 1 min 30s at a time and use a clean plate to set on in microwave it shouldn't catch on fire. It keeps the heat for a long time as well. Never really timed it though.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I tried them twice. This is my second one (not exactly the same). Lasted almost 2 months. Multiple holes already. I have to throw it out already. :-(

Don’t purchase. Potential Fire 🔥 hazard
Product didn’t warm up property, then about caught on fire. Smells worse than burnt popcorn. See attached photos of burnt bag (note slight discoloration of the lettering), the inner contents clumped up together. Do not recommend, doesn’t stay warm like a different brand. Now not useable after only having it less than two weeks.

Best heat therapy pack out there.
This is my second purchase of this heat therapy pack. My previous one I had for over 4 years using it almost daily. (Accidentally put in microwave to long which ruined it.Completely my fault) I immediately ordered a replacement. I've had many similar products none have come close to the quality I received with this heat therapy pack. I recommend this one to anyone. The quality stood up for over 4 years even the herbal scent while lessened still was good.

Less than average
After a few heatings, the heating pad no longer smells like lavender, but instead has an awful burnt rice/plastic smell not sure how to describe it. I really enjoyed the first and second time I used it but there's no way to secure it onto an area of the body and also the smell causes me to not want to use it anymore because it creates feelings of discomfort and not being relaxed at all.

I like this product a lot. The instructions for heating and storage have been very helpful. The scent is quite strong right now, but pleasant and I know it will tone down with use.

This product is very easy to use and is effective
I like this product, it is as advertised , I like the size of it, and it is effective without being heavy, which I have found with similar products. When heated it has a comforting effect, and I also works well when cold.
