Got recommendations from my friend that the product helps with snoring at night. I noticed the difference after waking up too. I am also using it when I am at home. Will start taking it when I hit the gym to improve breathing exercises.

I really wanted to like this product. I tried BreatheRight strips and I loved them. I have a deviated septum and I was finally able to breathe. I just didn't really like the beige color.So I got these. They looked cool and were a good price. However, it's just not a good product.It's a weak bandage and hardly opens up my nose. It's almost just cosmetic.I also feel little pieces of the fabric sticking out around the edges and it really bugs me.Honestly, not worth it. They do look nice though.

I have used a variety of similar strips from an assortment of brands, including the brand-name strips, and I find that these work as well for me as the brand-name strips. The adhesive is strong, and effective. The strips themselves are comfortable and extra soft on the outside. They are easy to peel and easy to apply. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on all night. My only negative comment is that I did experience some skin peeling from my nose when removing a strip in the morning, causing a sore spot, and I’m not sure whether to blame the product for having adhesive that was too strong or if my skin was maybe already irritated or susceptible from using similar strips over the prior several days, but I did not have this peeling when using other similar brand strips previously. These have a good amount of strength, meaning they open the nasal airway more effectively than some, and these seem to do as good as a job as the stronger brand-name ones. I am attaching a photo to show you the strips that I received. I just recently used another very similar strip, which sells here under the name Breathy, which looks and feels identical to me, but did not cause my skin to peel, and came with a larger number of strips at a better value price, so I am recommending that you compare that product to this one, in your search for a good nose strip.
