The different between old mold and our new Designed Mold : 1,Alignment method .The mold mold is doing alignment first then take out and doing lamination . During this step, the alignment will be shifted . So we design the new mold to an all-in-one model which will prevent the shift issue . 2,OCA Film Laminating Method , old way is using film laminating machine to apply OCA Film on LCD Screen (but because the curved lcd screen is soft and flexible .After you done lamination , the screen itself will flex to flat ,thus it will have bubbles ).Our new mold is to apply OCA Film on glass without film laminating machine 3,Operation method . the old mold is doing alignment only and then doing lamination , our new designed mold which has both top and bottom mold for alignment .and the top &bottom mold will align together accurately first ,then put inside laminator machine with the laminating mold . 4.
