I have been buying goods from Amazon Renew without issues. Everything I have bought so far have been good quality. I bought SAMSUNG Galaxy S24 5G from BidAllies recently. I returned the phone immediately and on time as instructed because it was just too small for me. However, they charged me the entire cost of the phone as restocking fee! I cannot believe Amazon Renew will allow this kind of fraudulent practice on their platform! I will never buy Amazon Renew again and I will tell everybody I know about this!

ok value for money, good battery life, good phone overall

Exactly as ordered, got the unlocked version and it paired with my Mint Mobile sim perfectly. Battery lasts way longer than my old S21 and the difference in processing power is noticable. These phones are incredibly durable, especially with a case so I expect this one to last me a good long time. Well worth the upgrade!

No problems after 2 months of purchasing phone. I got the black & it came in 3 days as promised. 5 stars given due to camera, space, price, time received item, and battery time. I did buy a case, which came with a screen protector so I'm not sure on scratch resistance.
