The media could not be loaded. I am very disappointed in this iPad case. In the picture, I see a bright, almost pastel purple iPad case but when I got it, the color was so dull it was almost gray. When you open it, there’s a part that is made of a soft material that gets dirty easily. The shape is also kinda questionable, there’s a bunch of holes all over the place and some weird rectangles. In conclusion, the thing that bothered me most was the color. Compared to the real product, the photo on Amazon looks like they put a filter on it.The only positive is that the case feels sturdy and it feels like it protects the iPad.

I wanted a pretty case that matched my purple iPad Air with a transparent back to showcase the beautiful purple color and my engraving, and this fit the bill. It's not the most protective one you can find on the market and not meant for toddlers, but it works for us slightly clumsy adults lol.The case is lightweight but not flimsy. It has a decent bumper around the edges around the iPad. Keeps it nice and snug inside, but comes out without too much effort if you push the iPad out from the corners. Cutouts along the sides are accurate; camera cutout is thick enough to prevent damage from minor bumps or drops. There's also a slot for an Apple pen, but I don't have one yet so I'm not sure how snug it is.In terms of its aesthetics, it's a beautiful lavender color that really enhances the light lavender of the purple of my iPad. The cover marble design is clearly printed on and if you look closely, it's a bit pixelated. (See my zoomed in photo.)The cover is thin but padded, and the trifold design works well to keep my iPad propped up horizontally for as long as I need. Although with my experience of these trifold cases, the cover does soften and loosen up over time. Depends on how often you use this folding feature though. The other ones I own are still going strong even after a year of using. The back transparent piece feels like a thin plastic, almost plexi glass-like. Looks and feels like it's scratch resistant as well.Will definitely update my review if it deteriorates quickly. For now I will absolutely enjoy my beautiful new purple case!

Ordered this and arrived quickly. It fits the new iPad Air 13inch well and has a place for the iPad pen which allows it to charge from iPad when not in use.
