These really are first class. They are sturdy and don’t warp in the oven.So easy to clean. Nothing really sticks and anything burnt on comes off easily once soaked for a few minutes. Easy to clean by hand or goes in the dishwasher. They come out brilliantly every time.I will never go back to non stick trays that you just have to replace every few months. These still look like new and I use them for everything.

These trays are brilliant for the serious chef/baker/cook. Superb professional quality.

I like this set but it does have its draw backs that already has been commented on and if you don't want to compromise then look for another set.So the negatives.Don't think its a professional set, that would cost you more and maybe more heavy.The sheets will buckle at a certain high temperature but goes back to normal when cool down (hence why i think not professional).The sheets don't stay in mint condition and you do get some weird markings after washing. Others have posted pictures on this.PositivesGood price.It is stainless steel.Its is not non stick coating.Quick enough to clean once sheet is cooled, just put it in water with a little of dish washer to soak through. Wait then clean with bush, rinse and dry. Not tried it in the dish washer yet.Was ready to compromise the negatives and have baking sheets that were not made of suppose non stick coating that will flake off and go into food.Happy with the product would buy again.

These trays are a bonus as they come in different sizes. They are easy to clean and handle.

Didn't want to have coated baking trays. These trays are great quality. When they heat up they don't give off bad vapours like some of the cheap baking trays do. Easy to clean. Love them! Allows for baked goods to caramelise well to give a good crisp!

As we learn more about the 'forever chemicals' that are sometimes in non-stick products we decided best migrate to stainless, and use a bit of baking parchment when needed. These trays are very nice, good dimensions and well finished.

I love these trays. The largest is just too big for my oven, but I stupidly didn't measure the oven before I ordered. However, it is still being used as a great serving tray for large platters. I like the different sizes and the fact they are deep enough to avoid spillages. Avoid using metal implements on them and line them with greaseproof paper to keep them looking their best. I use them in the oven and as serving trays as they are so nice and shiny. I've ditched all my non-stick rubbish as no matter which ones I bought the coating would always begin to chip away. I'm really happy with my purchase and think it was excellent value for money. I'm an enthusiastic cook so they have had a lot of use over the past couple of weeks since I bought them!

Essendo acciao lavarle non è facile perché si rigano subito per cui rimangono macchiate se si brucia qualcosa di unto .x pulirle bene meglio lasciarle a bagno. Ottime però in forno cuociono bene e mantengono il calore
