Beware if you have a problem.
Seems like a decent product. Customer Support is of no help or response. I have a small problem with my screw back in August. 4 months later after sending then 3 messages. They just never responded. They say its a 1 Year warranty, but they wont get back so assume what you but is what you get.If someone has ever gotten a response let me know. Or if the company sees this please reach out ill be open to finding a resolution.

Works great for purpose it’s intended for
My husband bought this for our son to use to hunt. It works great for giving someone a steady shot in a blind or on the ground. They love it.

Wish I just had originally went with a BOG
I had bought this with high hopes that it would be similar or better than the BOG, however it definitely is not. I had sent my first one back since the legs didn’t operate freely/effortlessly, and the ball wouldn’t lock in place no matter how tight I adjusted the pressure knob. If you didn’t hold the gun, it would tip forward or backwards unless the gun was positioned to where it made it awkward to shoot from. Additionally, the legs do not raise nor lower effortlessly whatsoever. You have to use an excessive amount of force to get them to adjust, which is not practical in a hunting setting and annoying to deal with in a shooting setting. I thought maybe it was just a flaw in that particular tripod but the new one I had received has the same issues. Since then I went and purchased a BOG and don’t have any issues (besides the price tag)I like the price tag, gun clamp, and the sturdiness of the stand itself. However, I don’t like the locations/layout of the different knobs and since the product has what I would consider “defects”, I gave it 3-stars

Very bad quality for the money, no support
[Update]I have been trying to contact the manufacturer/seller. Beware. There is no contact information anywhere I could find to contact them directly. I assume then that there is no warranty of any kind for this product past the 30 days you get with Amazon.----------The good:* It is tall* It's carry case is good* The tubes seem to be sturdy* Most of it is metal* The twist locks let the feet slide outThe bad:* The push buttons are hard to use and they don't always let the legs angle out. It is very finicky.* The push buttons are loose. I feel like they are going to fall out.* The twist lock does not let the legs back in easily or sometimes not at all. This is due to the rough coating on the metal legs and the soft plastic of the twist lock. I literally had to pound it against the ground or remove the plastic collar to get the legs back in.* One of the legs has a lock that just completely falls off. Look at the pictures. It is frustrating to get back on. I could imagine loosing an animal while hunting over this one.* There is no center pole. So you have to set up the leg angles and lengths just right or you are tippy towing or bending over. Not a good design. All in all this wants to be so good, but they cut too many corners at the locking mechanisms. This has to be the best made piece of useless metal I have ever bought, but useless it it. I will be sending it back.

Great tripod
This is a great tripod especially for the price. It has great height hold the “tools” steady with adjustability for tightness. It is a little heavy but it doesn’t bother me I don’t walk far into my set. It’s very sturdy, does not feel cheap. Definitely great addition to the coyote dispatch tools

Rugged tripod
This is a rugged tripod that will hold up well while hunting. Nice carrying case to protect tripod. Easy to set up with plenty of height options.
