I'm a firm believer in not complicating things. Macro diet works well for my mass-gaining journey. It cuts out all the fad diets and sticks to basic nutrition. The recipes are easy to follow and work well with my hectic lifestyle. Thank you for collating it into a simple book.

Most meals do not contain enough protein per serving. If you have an egg allergy or do not like eggs or tofu, the breakfast portion is not ideal. Recipes are easy to follow.
