Great and affordable set of solid drain plugs
These are solidly crafted drain plugs. They fit as expected and are a great value for the money. Wrapping them with Teflon tape is a good idea to ensure the seal.Recommended.

They work
I ordered these because my other plug was pretty beat up. I now keep one in the suv, and the other two in a pouch on the boat. They work and that's all I need.

Exellent Drain Plugs
I bought a boat and did not have any extra drain plugs to have for emergency backup. The Zzxker 316 stainless steel 1/2" NPT boat drain plugs are high quality plugs that fit perfect in my Larson 190 SEI. These are very well made plugs with no machining marks. If you need extra plugs these deserve your consideration.

Boat drain plugs – no corrosion – at good price
I got these three stainless steel ½” NPT plugs for a couple purposes: spare boat drain plugs and sprinkler system ‘drain’ cap. Both take ½” NPT threads and both are in corrosive marine water environments, so stainless steel is required. The line drain on my yard hydrant broke and instead of replacing it, I’m just capping it off with the stainless steel plug where it will live 3 feet underground, so stainless steel is required. For the boat, we usually use brass drain plugs. The garboard in my boat is brass so using the harder stainless steel is just asking for stripped threads that will require the entire garboard [the drain plug fixture] to be replaced. But I can keep one or two of these onboard as spares in case I ever misplace the brass plug.In either application, the use of Teflon tape allows the NPT-threaded plugs to seal properly. At $14 for three stainless steel plugs at the time of this review, this is a really good price. Stainless steel itself is not valuable, but machining it with high quality is costly.
