I don't know much about microphones, but these seem to cut off abruptly if you're not very close to the mic. I did compare these to what I think is a better quality mic, and could barely notice any difference, though even with my complete ignorance of microphone quality, I don't think these are going to be recording grade. I didn't have any issues with either mic, and they work perfectly, so these seem perfect for a PA system or karaoke. I'm not sure what the deal is with the oversized sleeves these come with, I put them on and they look pretty goofy. I didn't notice much difference, so I'll probably toss them.

I really like these microphones! Yes, they a "budget" type, but they are also clear and sharp, with some extras. I tested both of them on my own karaoke setup, and they outperformed a microphone I purchased for 3 times the price several years ago.Pros: You get 2 of them for the price of 1. They come with long cords and foam guards for the ends. The end is a 1/4" mono jack and they each come with an adapter to 1/8" jack. The audio is really good across the mid to upper range, but lacks a little in bass. They are really crisp and it's easy to hear the vocals over music. They have an on/off switch so you can manually control the microphone.Cons: They are lightweight plastic and cheaply made. Durability may be an issue in the long run, but for they price I would expect no less. They work well for me despite this.

We ordered these microphones to expand our karaoke setup. We selected these mics because they come with Mic adaptors so that they can be plugged into our computers. The microphones are lightweight. We encountered a minor issue with the foam cover tearing when initially fitting it over the microphone. Due to its delicate nature, we ended up not using the foam covers. The microphones work well for our karaoke needs and we like the fact that it has a long cable.

Save yourself the money. The AEYATCH Pair Handheld Wired Microphones are cheap, and you get what you pay for. They are not worth the $20. The sound is shallow and uneven, and the microphones are made of thin, cheap plastic. Definitely not recommended.

Although the sound quality was pretty good these mics feel so cheaply made.

You would not expect an $8 mic to sound this good, but it DOES! How is it that this mic sounds almost as good as my Shure 58s, the standard of the industry for 50 years! PLUS they (the pair) comes with a much needed windscreen to control pops and breath noise, and it has an on/off switch. What's not to like? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

These mics have plastic housings, which will definitely break if my crew are too rough on them, but for the price, you really can't beat it. The audio quality is decent for the price, but you can definitely get better audio from higher dollar mics.

The sound comes through very nicely and as far as I can tell, sturdy and well made! Plus it comes with two! Definitely would buy again.
