Missing a part but customer service was quick in response and sending replacement. I would gladly order again if needed

Terrible Instructions, but really nice
The product seems to be good quality, but the instructions and templates are very poorly designed; this is critical if you are a DIYer and not doing these installs often.Also, seems to be lacking documentation online to get foresight into the installation.I think I had to add a 1/2” to the installation height.
