Misleading
It dosent work for the fan like it said it would also they were only open 8 am to 5 pm to call that is why it took so long finally got thur. It should still be returnable for a refund

Difficult to Open
This remote came quickly, but little screw holding the battery compartment cover on was way too tight. I couldn't get the cover off to install a battery. Hesitant to order another one for the same reason.

Item worked but comes without battery!
I was planning to return the device as it refused to pair with my fan. On a hunch I opened to see and found it came without a battery. I was disappointed. I spent time pairing and now had to go get a battery.
