NO MAP showing where all these adventures are located! Not even state maps. Just lists of ideas and descriptions for each state. Book assumed we know the state well enough to find the places vs being visitors from outside NE. Not many “adventures” were appealing to me and my husband. I was disappointed in this book after the great reviews it received.

This book provides excellent descriptions of sights tourists might want to visit. The descriptions and pictures not only help you make your choices of what to see but they enable you to plan your travel route so you can maximize your time in New England, thereby getting the most from your time on the ground. This book is a must have for anyone who is planning a trip to New England.

I use this to give me ideas as to where to go that I haven't been yet. Being from New England, I find there are many interesting places in my own backyard to explore.

I like the book with it's good descriptions of places of interest for tourists and residents.Having recently moved to Connecticut,I expect to use the book for several years in investigating places I would like to visit.
