Serving us well since 2014
We've had this grill since 2014. It's outside, exposed in central Texas heat and rain and use a minimum 5 times a week every week since we purchased. I don't agree with the other reviews as we have been pretty happy with it. Still looks really nice with no rust on outside and cooks steaks and burgers well once you learn it's burning pattern. The major con is the igniters don't last long so after replacing a couple of times just got a long plasma candle lighter for $10 bucks. Problem solved. AOG did replace the burner tubes and infrared burner for free after those rusted out. I've also had to replace the flavor panels a couple of times. Cheap replacements are easily purchased and work fine. Much of this is prob due to number of times I left the grill on to burn off residue and forgot. Have come back hours later to realize my mistake with temp at over 1100 degrees. Good thing nat gas is cheap. Overall I would buy again. It sturdy, finish holds up well and I still like American made vs China junk. Company has replaced all parts I've asked for free.

Great American made grill
I've had this grill for three years and it still looks and operates like the first day I owned it. I live in Texas and it's outside in the elements too. I even purchased a new one for my vacation home in OK and it's lived up to the same billing. This is a great American made grill for the money!

AOG grills does not honor their life time warranty on their burners.
AOG has an average quality grill. My main reason for purchasing this grill, was its life time warranty on the burner tubes. After 5 years the burners burnt through, it is like a propane Bunsen burner. I contacted AOG grills for warranty replacement. They told me they required photos of the defective parts, serial numbers model and proof of purchase (witch after 5 years was not the easiest to find). After all the information requirements were supplied, they told me the burners were still usable and they would not be warrantied.

Total Garbage
Do Not Buy This Grill. After 4 years on a covered porch this grill is falling apart. All the reflective panels are totally rotted as is the bottom of the grill above the drip tray and one burner. The warranty is only good if you have the original receipt so hang onto it if you are foolish enough to buy one.
