Won't start right out of the box!
After filling with fresh fuel and oil, it started up initially but will not start and run since. There is no direct customer service, it is in China. Must communicate by text. The starter rope hangs and it is the hardest rope to pull and literally drains me. I took it to a small engine repair shop and they fixed the clutch and it now runs like a champ. The company immediately refunded the 70 dollars repair costs to my credit card. I am now very happyWith their service!

Waste of money
The bar does not self oil and It’s a pain to start. Customer service is awful as well, pay for a quality chainsaw and save yourself the headache!

Great chainsaw
It’s great saw no Doubt but it’s not easy to start since what it says to do is not correct for the saw. I had to figure out that you have to start it with no break on which is weird since all saws I used husky and STIHL we have to start with the break on since it is safer. But overall great saw cuts well.

Great, a beast, works as expected.
I like it. Largest chainsaw I ever had, using for Alaskan milling, seems to work just as it should.

Look nice cheap made and missing parts
Supposed to come with 24 inch bar and chain which was not there side cover to hold bar on was missing every bolt on it was loose biggest mistake of my life trying something new like this never again I'll stick to Husqvarna and stihl they won't even give a refund it says non-returnable in the ad I put gas and oil into them to see if it would run but it's still missing parts they want me to pay for parts that's unacceptable and they won't issue a refund

Good power but hard to start and required lots of assembly
Saw arrived with the spark plug disconnected, no instructions on how to assemble it.Hard to start because initial tune was way off.

ran great for a few weeks, now useless
Initially the engine started right up and ran fine, and with a little bit of tuning, it worked great, cut big logs like butter. After a few hours of use though, it got to where it wouldn't start. After some troubleshooting, I found that the fuel intake line inside the tank had been installed carelessly, as the line was torn near the fuel filter. This apparently had allowed impurities to bypass the fuel filter and get in the carburetor. To be safe, I got a brand new fuel intake line and a new carburetor besides. With the new equipment, it fired right up, but after a few minutes of running, the engine would bog down and quit. After that I could start it, but it would only run for a few seconds, and only at low speed, and then it would quit. I disassembled the new carburetor fuel pump and cleaned it up. After that, it would start and run much faster but only for a few seconds. Then it quits. I can restart it, and it will run a few more seconds, then quit again. There's no spark arrester, so that's not the problem, and the gas is good and works fine in my other saw.Bottom line is this is not the reliability I would hope for from a new saw. I would return it if I weren't already past the return window. I've spent probably 4 hours of my time trying to get it running, so far to no avail. The next step is to check for other leaks I guess. I'll edit this review if I ever get it working.
