Action Sports Anti-burst Exercise Stability Ball with Pump (Red (70 cm))

Not much to say, its a ball and it's round. When I bought it I weighed 280 and that didn't burst the ball. I am down to 230 now and my core is tight. I can partially attribute 35lbs of the loss to the work I was doing with the ball. This ball works and it was priced to sell.

It always amazes me when sellers don't highlight the advantages of their products. This is a very uniquely sized exercise/palates ball. At 70cm it is right between the common diameters that are typically available. for use at a desk as a chair, 65 cm balls are too small and 75cm balls are absurdly large. This one is (nearly) was just right for me, and it had the added advantage that it seemed to be a little bit taller (latitudinally) than it was wide (longitudinally). Now that I have had it for a few weeks it seems to have settled into a more of a true spherical shape, however. On the down side it has been the strongest smelling ball of any I have purchased in the past from other Mfrs (four).7/4/18 Update: So, I liked the size so much on the first one that I ordered a second. When I finally got around to blowing it up, consistent with some of the other comments, I found the new one to be a totally different size--WTF? The new one is probably a 55cm ball--very disappointing.My guess is these things are probably actually a mix of 55 and 65 cm balls and that there is a bit of manufacturing variability so you might wind up with anything between 55 and 70 cm when you blow these things up. Consistent with the first one the second is also a bit egg-shaped, which again works well as a chair (if you get the larger of the two). I downgraded my recommendation 4-stars which is probably still too high if I'm right about the mix of sizes.

this ball has an overpowering smell that gives me a headache. Hopefully the smell will go away in time. I use it as my desk chair at work and everyone comments that my office smells like rubber.

Love the ball but it did not come complete. It was wrapped tightly in some wrap with no instructions. A pump came with the ball but did not have a needle. I did manage to get it filled with an old bike tire pump and so far it has held up. I like the color, size and texture but felt like I was getting a hand-me-down without a single piece of paperwork.

My daughter is pregnant and this ball is the only thing she sits on to eliminate the joint pain/ discomfort she's experiencing. She loves it.

The pump makes this a miserable product. It can take more than 1,000 strokes to inflate.
