This Amish black licorice is just delicious. It has just the right amount of chewy texture and a rich black licorice flavor. It's addictive. I would have taken a picture but it's already gone! Ya might as well just go ahead and buy the two pack!!

Having owned a candy store, and having a “licorice wall” I consider myself a connoisseur of licorice—especially black licorice, my favorite!I must say that this licorice may be the best black licorice I’ve ever had! It is thick, soft, tender, tasty, not greasy and not sticky. It’s just right.My only criticism may be—and this is obviously very subjective—is that it might be a little sweet. But not off-putting in any way.If you’re looking for that stuff that smells like ammonia, this ain’t it! This is the good stuff!

The cinnamon licorice was delicious and fresh.

These licorice sticks are much more dense tha thr “T” brand and they’re not as waxy as that brand which is good. Unfortunately their strawberry flavor does not come through too well.

The taste and texture of this licorice is good, but my bags both came with a bunch of jaggedly chopped up pieces instead of licorice ropes as shown in the product photo. And this item is "unreturnable" so I would have to go through a lot of effort on my end to rectify it with Amazon. Unacceptable.

Oh, it was so good I ate it all in one sitting! Bad, Bad me but I couldn't stop. Soft licorice sticks and very tasty. I need to order more..

Not everyone likes black licorice, but people who do tend to like a blast of licorice flavor. These are ok, not amazing. Something sort of meh about them. I do appreciate that they aren’t overly sweetened.
