Beautifullly packages and presented device. The laser hair remover is a lovely rose coloured device that is easy to use and hold during use. The box comes with a pair of folding goggles to protect your eyes during usage and a small travel sized razor similar to the razors I already use. The instrictions recommend using the razor to remore surface level hair to avoid discomfort when using.Pros:- Suitable for large areas of hair removal- Stunning design- Easy to use- Surprisingly less painful to use than expected. I have sensitive skin and this causes me no issues what so ever.Cons:- Not suitable for all hair colours and skin types. The user manual highlights that you should check your skin tone and hair colour to see if this device is suitable. The darker the skin, the less effective it will be. It is also not applicable for white/grey, red, or light blonde hair of any skin tone.- Requires a mains to use, which might be fine for some people, but as I prefer to deal with hair removal in a bathroom, this does mean setting up somewhere less bathroomy....Overall, a brilliant piece of kit. I am seeing some great results on the amount of hair growth in my underarms and very happy with the results.

This laser hair remover is really good at it's job. After reading the instructions (multiple times might I add, I know lasers are dangerous, so I wanted to be completely safe using it), I tested it on my arm, after just a few blasts I noticed hair was already completely gone in places, and it was just a test, not me attempting to properly remove hair. After that, I spent about 15 minutes removing the rest of the hair on my arms and it was completely smooth, no spots of hair left anywhere.I will admit though, at first using this thing was a little scary - this is my first time ever with any sort of laser hair removal and I expected it to be a little painful, but to my surprise it was completely painless. You literally feel nothing whatsoever. So this is better than shaving or waxing (for me anyway).The remover itself is super easy to use, the instructions are very clear but I will definitely advise you to read them over a few times just to familiarise yourself with them. This laser remover kit may seem expensive on the surface, but when you factor in the costs you'd save from going to a specialist, it is actually quite a lot cheaper in the long run.

Okay, I never ever write reviews for products but this thing is incredible. I’ve been dealing with facial hair growth for a really long time and I’ve tried so many different professional laser treatments at medical spas without any luck. They’re expensive, painful, and I barely saw a difference. I bought the Ulike a month ago and started using it immediately. For the first month they recommend you use it every other day. When I tell you I saw results after using it twice, I couldn’t believe it. I am now a month into using it and I have barely any growth at all. I’ve now switched to using it once a week, if needed. My facial hair was a huge insecurity of mine. I mean, using facial razors every single morning due to the growth I was seeing. The fact that I haven’t had to buy facial razors all month is incredible. I HIGHLY recommend you give this a try if you are struggling with facial hair. Of course the effectiveness depends on your skin and hair color so do your research. I have fair/medium skin and dark hair so it was a perfect product for me. It isn’t painful whatsoever either. 10/10 recommend this product!!!!

I deal with pcos and as a result I have a pretty unsightly neck beard. I noticed a decrease in 30% of my face/neck after 4 treatments. I'm going into week 3 and have noticed a 70% decrease in facial hair. I have only just started on other areas of my body. Although this is a pricey purchase I would say it's well with it. No pain. Some heat after prolonged use so take breaks if you need too. Follow the directions and enjoy the results

I started having problems with dark facial hair because of menopause. After using the Ulike Air 10 IPL machine for only one week now, I am very surprised by the results. The dark hairs on my chin and upper lip are almost gone already. I tried many other devices before, even more expensive ones like Philips Lumea, but this one works better and faster. I do not know if it is because of the two lights, but results show fast.I see that the device does not work on gray hairs. They still grow, but they are less visible, so it does not bother me so much. My leg hair is also almost gone. I feel I need to shave less now. I use the fast mode every two days for my legs, and the SLR mode every day for my face, only 2 minutes each time.The device is comfortable to use (has few buttons/options), but I think it is a little difficult because the control button is where you hold the device. But it is simple to use, with no extra features, and I like this. It does what it needs to do, and that is the most important. For me, it is worth all the money, as it is not cheap. I feel much less self-conscious about my face now.

La tecnologia di depilazione IPL (luce pulsata) si sta diffondendo sempre di più e c'è un'enorme varietà di prodotti che usano questa tecnologia.Cosa differenzia questi prodotti fra loro, visto che, pur usando il medesimo principio di funzionamento, possono costare da un centinaio circa di euro a quasi quattrocento euro (come questo Ulike) o anche molto di più?Ci sono vari fattori da tenere in considerazione e nel dettaglio ne ho trovati alcuni che "giustificano" il costo:- Regolazione della potenza: purtroppo bisogna regolare la potenza della lampada in base alla pelle e alla sensibilità; questo modello regola automaticamente l'intensità degli impulsi, entro tre range manualmente selezionabili.- Protezione contro uso improprio: l'apparecchio si blocca se la potenza non è adatta alla pelle che si sta trattando e non produce impulsi se non a contatto con la pelle;- Velocità degli impulsi: con le intensità più basse (modalità Fast), emette circa 2 impulsi/secondo, consentendo trattamenti rapidi di mantenimento.- Intensità degli impulsi: 26 J sono un valore molto buono, ed è possibile diminuire l'intensità se questa risulta troppo elevata.L'efficacia del trattamento è ovviamente in linea con gli apparecchi IPL di analoga potenza (usano tutti lo stesso principio), ricordando che la massima efficacia si ha con pelo scuro su pelle chiara. Più il pelo è chiaro/la pelle abbronzata, minore sarà l'efficacia (sarà nulla con pelo bianco su pelle scura).Bisogna ricordare che l'epilazione non è definitiva ma si tratta piuttosto di una sempre maggiore riduzione, nel tempo e coi vari trattamenti, di numero e dimensioni dei peli. Tra un trattamento e l'altro con luce pulsata occorre accorciare i peli "sopravvissuti" con altri metodi (rasoio manuale o elettrico etc).Per gli uomini, per ottenere lo stesso risultato, potrebbero essere necessari più trattamenti rispetto alla controparte femminile poiché per questioni ormonali la crescita dei peli è diversa.L'ergonomia del prodotto è buona, essendo facile tenerlo in mano tuttavia il sensore di contatto con la pelle è in una posizione che non sempre coincide con un buon posizionamento sulla pelle. Probabilmente ciò è dovuto alla finestra arrotondata, che non consente di percepire bene l'effettiva posizione della stessa rispetto alla pelle.Per quanto riguarda la funzione di raffreddamento della finestra, funziona e aiuta, ma solo alle intensità più basse (Fast/Normal). Nelle modalità più intense, con flash continui, il sistema di raffreddamento non riesce a smaltire il calore prodotto e quindi ogni tanto occorre fare una pausa. Tuttavia questo è un problema comune ad altri dispositivi analoghi, di altre marche (ad esempio, il Braun Silk Expert Pro 5 diminuisce automaticamente la frequenza tra un flash e il successivo).Il cavo è sufficientemente lungo per potersi muovere senza troppi impedimenti ed è ben solido come collegamento, quindi non si stacca muovendosi e usando l'apparecchio.Nella confezione sono compresi, oltre alle istruzioni (che consiglio di leggere poiché sono spiegate varie cose a cui stare attenti, pena possibili problemi alla pelle), un rasoio monouso, degli occhiali scuri ripiegabili e una custodia di tela per riporre il tutto.Riassumendo, il prodotto ha effettivamente caratteristiche buone che lo differenziano dai prodotti più economici, come una buona durata in impulsi della lampada, sensori di contatto con la pelle e vari livelli di potenza.La spesa è non indifferente, si parla di quasi 400 euro attualmente (c'è uno sconto a 330 euro con coupon in questi giorni), tuttavia con gli IPL domestici abbiamo spese comunque molto inferiori rispetto a varie sedute in centro estetico.
