I love this thing . I love that i can reach the back of my thighs on my own, as well as my backside . It is a good quality product and the price is degrading worth it . I purchased to improve circulation in my legs and thighs .

My partner and I massage each other all the time, from a little shoulder massage to relieve tension to longer sessions with oils and mood lighting. I love trying new massage tools as each one brings a different feel and the variety is really nice.I was surprised at how good this wooden roller feels. It has a handle on either side so you just roll it up and down on the target area and the 12 wooden wheels turn as you go (a bit like some rolling pins). It has a curve to it that feels a little too curved for big surfaces like the back, but not quite curved enough to hug the shape of arms and lower legs (it seems to best fit something like a thigh). This does not prevent it from working on those areas, but you will only engage some of the rollers and not the full set.Here's what I like about this: it is really easy to use and takes very little effort to make it feel good. The knobs on the wooden wheels are doing the work, and since the wheels roll you are not fighting friction or needing oil to get a smooth experience. This works well over the clothes or directly on skin. For a light, feel-good massage that is more about the sensory experience than working out knots, this tool is great and has a high reward-to-effort ratio. The knobs on the wheels feel great and make it feel like more than it is.The downside is that it is not really good for deep tissue massage. The wheels roll easily and it wants to move along, so a slow, hard pass over a muscle feels unnatural and doesn't work all that well. It really wants to do light, gentle passes. It has a steel rod through the middle that holds it together, and its not that big. From the first use, I was worried about bending or breaking it, and I think if you tried pushing too hard you would reach its limits before long.So I think this is a surprisingly great massage tool as long as you play to its strengths. It is awesome for quick, light massages to help reduce stress, to build connection between you and your partner, to help relax, etc. Stick to that use and this is a bargain for a nice everyday tool for feeling good. Highly recommended.

It helps get out every Knott in my back, only issue it it's kinda flimsy.

I was very curious about this wooden massager stick when I saw it on Amazon. I pulled my back muscle last week golfing, and it needed more than hot baths to improve.This wooden massager has nine independent rollers that spin smoothly as you roll them along your skin. Yesterday my husband used this on my back and it hurt at first, but after a few minutes my back started loosening and the pain decreased. Today it is better. So I am going to stay with this for a few more days.The description also says it is good for body toning on your legs and arms, so I will try this on my thighs and the back of my arms tomorrow. Very versatile massager, and really well made. I wish they had an instruction flyer to show how to work each area, and the length of time you should spend using the roller.But I am very happy with this massager and highly recommend.

In this age of fancy foam rollers and percussion massagers and light therapy, sometimes the old school wood rolling massage stick works perfectly fine.I feel like using a foam roller can be a chore, finding the room to roll around or a wall to roll against. And sometimes it ends up being a workout in itself. But with this stick, I can just be sitting on my chair during a Zoom call or sitting on the sofa or even laying in bed and use the stick to roll out any sore muscles. And with the two handles, I can easily apply as little or as much pressure I need. The nubs on the rollers feel good, and they roll very smoothly.I can't comment on the lymphatic stuff or the body contouring. But I can say it definitely is great for me when I need to roll out some soreness after a workout. I highly recommend it.

This massager is solidly made and is very good quality. However, it is a little too hard on my back for me. The other issue I had with it is that I cannot use it on my back by myself. I need someone else to assist me. It is difficult to apply pressure when using it on your own back. The wheels of the massager hurt a little when applying a little pressure while massaging my back. If no pressure is applied, you do not feel any massage at all. When I used it on my calves, I was able to do it on my own and it did not hurt as much.

This arrived from the vendor in a plain cardboard box. There was no tamper evident or other seal around the box and there was no covering or wrap around the device inside which looked sort of like a pie crust roller.You’d definitely need to bring your own box if you intended to gift this or give it to anyone you wanted to impress — as it comes it is dismal.That said, this thing is very light but sturdy & impressively can go over a lot of area in a short time.You can reach a lot of places solo, but it excels if you use it over a partner.It is actually fun, & its generic look tends to not put people on edge so much as those devices that look more sexual.We like it, & we’d order it again.
