I bought this support a while ago and have waited to provide this review. Two arthroscopies on my left knee have left me with arthritis. I started off trying various neoprene supports but they 'scrumpled up' and I had to keep pulling them up to cover/support my knee. I then progressed to a support with velcro straps which was a great improvement - the only problem being the velcro pads started to breakdown due to the tightness I felt I needed to apply to provide the required support. This Xn8 pull-on support is the best I've had to date and has increased my confidence when walking. It does use velcro to fasten the straps, but the straps pass through a buckle which greatly reduces the tension/friction at the velcro attachment. I thought the side-hinges may be clunky, but they provide great support and work seemlessly. The size chart was very helpful. I'm a big fella so bought the extra large which does the job very well, but can be a bit bulky under jeans/trousers. The XL does have plenty of length in the strap so I may have got away with the Large size, which I may try when I re-order. That said, apart from the Xn8 lettering wearing off the support, it's still in good condition and has plenty of life left in it. Hope this helps.

Good knee support, good product with a lot of adjustment, only downside is that if you have a large upper leg you may have problems with the support slipping down, we had to use the support over leggings which stopped the support slipping down

Really good product. Ideal for support around the knee. Love the cut out at the back of the knee so no uncomfortable creasing. Has a nice soft lining so no chaffing and absorbs moisture really well.

Just what the doctor ordered. I need a knee replacement. The surgeons won't operate on me as I have heart issue and am on Warfarin. This would cause to many problems !! It won't take away the pain but hopefully stop my knee giving way all the time. Thanks

Unfortunately had to return this due to it being too big despite checking the measurements twice before ordering. It provides no support around the knee at all and dug in at the back

Measured the thigh as instructed, and ordered XL, but too small.Also didn't realise that this is a "pull on" item, not "wraparound". So I never managed to get it on, and no larger size available. Returned it.

Its a lot cheaper than my main supports, so gets points for value. Doesnt have straps around the patela so doesnt feel quiet as secure. That aside, build is great, the largest one fits with room. Well built, good as a reserve.

Would probably have worked if the description said needs to be pulled on as I have suffered a stroke leaving my left side useless plus acute hypertension (which is what the purchase was intend for) therefore I was unable to put it on without help, I wanted a brace that strapped on but the decripton did not allow for this to happen.

Es muy práctica. Te puedes apretar las correas tanto cuanto quieras para sujetarla. Para variar, me confundí con la talla, pero mejor que me venga ancha a que no me entre.

Proffessionelle Kniebandage! Sollte aber auch mal ab und zu abgelegt werden weil sonst wund scheuern in den Kniekehlen.Hat mir mit meinen Problemen der Kreuzbänder jedenfalls sehr geholfen!!!
