Best transparent paint I’ve ever used
I absolutely love these paints. After trying so many these are my fav. Bought for my mom too. The colors when used on glass are the closest to real stained glass colors in transparency. And it dries so smooth & shinny. Drying time is fast too. Quality better than anybody out there. I will always use these going forward

Pretty colors
My wife says: As a hobby potter I often have little glazing imperfections. In the past I have used acrylic paint for cosmetic touch-ups but it doesn't stick well to the ceramic surface. I thought perhaps these glass paints might be a better solution -but alas no. They seem to be designed for applying to flat surfaces. I tested the paint on a piece of transparent plastic and had no luck 'painting' it with a paint brush. It has a syrupy consistency and what seemed to work best was putting a little squirt down and encouraging it to flow into a desired shape adding enough paint to get an even coat over the shape. (I had to resist my urge to shake the bottles beforehand because that seemed to produce bubbles and bubbles are not your friend.) The gold and silver were problematic. The gold came out as a paste which did not 'flow'. Again I couldn't spread it evenly with a brush. However when I added a little drop of water it made a suspension that was usable and eventually dried leaving the gold shape. The silver was too thick to come out of the applicator on the first try so I still need to work to find the right solution for that. Nevertheless, the colors are very pretty and stick well to once dry. After some research on glass painting (and no doubt quite a learning curve on my part) I see the potential for making some very nice faux stained glass art.

They were not as easy to use
Some colours were Very liquidy, the other would get stuck in the tube,They were fine, but not perfect

Lovely Colors!
These colors are gorgeous! The paint is a little runny, but they fill in gaps just fine, so if you have something with ridges that you want to color in, but still get light through, these are for you! Just make sure that it's completely dry before you try moving it.

Watery
I thought the liquid would be a little thicker than it is. I wanted to make window clings, so the birds stop hitting our windows, so it'll work for what I need it for.

Some were totally dried up inside.
The box came with a couple of tubes with the pain totally dried up.

inconsistent
Some colors are too thin and others are difficult to get out of the tubes. To get a nice smooth finish that can mimic stained glass a consistent bubble -free texture is best.Perhaps I need more experience but I feel these are just so-so in quality.

New Hobby FTW
I really like these paints, as I have no patience for actual stained glass work. They work really well on all the acrylic surfaces I've used, and while there's a learning curve to ensure an even layer and no bubbles (patience is key), they dried really well and cleanly. I do like that they are thick pen barrels, so they work in my hands. Definitely a solid option.
