Iodine comes in a glass bottle and is easy to take. Most people lack this important mineral and this has no real after taste. Ineffective!
If you are taking iodine for health reasons, do not buy this product. It turns out it does not have enough iodine to make any difference at all! I'm going back to J. Crow's Lugols 2%!
