I used these products on my long hair (nearly to my waist) to remove build up of hair products, hair colour, and hard water deposits.For about 8 years, I've used the curly girl method. That means no harsh shampoos, and lots of leaving conditioner on my hair. I decided it was time to clarify my hair, to remove all the build up of product.I've been living in an ultra hard water area for years, so my hair can feel rough and look dull. I wanted to get rid of the mineral deposits, to have soft hair again.Lastly, I've been using permanent colour for years. I wanted to see how much of that colour I could remove safely, as a prelude to letting my natural colour grow out.I used this set of products twice, following the directions carefully. The results are good! I was pleased that the shampoo and conditioner cleared out a lot of the stickiness and heaviness from years of product. They broke through the mineral deposits, leaving my hair softer. They took out a lot of the colour, so my regrowth line is not as harsh and skunk-like.Definitely would purchase again.

I haven’t used it enough to be a 100% sure that it works, but so far so good.It smells nice and doesn’t leave my hair greasy after.

I wish for the life of me I took before and after photos. I went to Cancun and wore sun lotion every single day and it absolutely ruined my extensions aboard. It was so bright orange and pink no matter what I put on it nothing was putting it back to normal. I have bleach blonde hair reference. When I got home, I ordered this set and was a little sceptical in all honesty so I thought I was going to have to do a bleach bath to sort my extensions ultimately. I shampoo’d followed by the crystals and conditioner. I couldn’t believe the difference after using the crystals. I was so surprised I used these three products along with a very good pigmented purple shampoo so girls I recommend anyone with bleach extensions that are ruined by sun lotion to buy this and also use a purple shampoo all at the same time and I promise your extensions will be back to perfect! I’ve put on a photo of it saying it’s not recommended for severe discolouration, but mine was terrible and honestly it worked so well.

This product did help in removal of discolouration due to mineral build up however shampoo and conditioner have made my hair greasy (conditioner not applied to roots)

My hair really didn’t like this product. I persevered as it was recommended by my hairdresser, but after nearly three weeks of using it, I couldn’t cope any longer. It made my hair feel greasy - like I hadn’t washed all the product out. At first I thought it was my fault and would go back in the shower to ensure all the product was out, but it made no difference.I’ve gone back to my old shampoo and conditioner now, and after a few washes my hair feels like it’s getting back to how it should feel- lovely and soft.Suppose everyone’s hair is different- but this product is really not for everyone.

I was hesitant as some of these reviews are bad. But I can’t understand why. I have hair extensions and bleached hair. Just been to Dubai and the Maldives. I was swimming in the sea and pool everyday and had to wash my hair every day. This shampoo, conditioner and the treatments were just off the charts amazing. My hair has never been so soft and the blonde looked better after each wash. Usually I experience a discolouration of the extensions they go pink with the sun tan lotion and chlorine and then the blonde goes brassy. But by using these products my hair is perfect. I can’t recommend enough. I’m just delighted. It’s changed my life! Also I lost 3 extensions only 3! Usually I loose loads on holiday. I don’t know if that was the products but it must have helped. All in all if you are looking for a product to protect your blond locks and extensions this is most certainly it.
