The most heartbreakingly beautiful story.
♾️ You guys!!! Infinity stars, literally the most beautiful, heartbreaking book I’ve have ever read. I loved it soo deep in my bones. I spent 10 minutes straight sobbing into oblivion, it you want a book that you feel deep into the core of your soul… this is that book! Woow absolutely incredible, this is one of the best books I’ve read all year. Please, please check the TW’s though because it is a very deep, heavy, morbid book but in the best way possible. Wynn, Liam and Lanston are my everything, I will carry these characters forever in my heart. 😭😭😭😭I loved this so much, it hurts ❤️🩹 This is the kind of book that will imprint itself in your mind, I will forever think about it and how raw and beautiful it is.

For the broken ones who are in need of something dark, morbid, and beautiful. (Dedication)
I’m still not sure what I’m feeling after reading this book, but I think I loved it. It’s dark, depressing and tragic. But it’s also beautiful, poetic, and heartwarming. I do wish it would’ve been a little longer and a bit deeper because there was so much more potential there. While this is an emotional read, I wasn’t bawling my eyes out but I was feeling. And after that ending you’ll probably want to jump right on into A Ballad of Phantoms and Hope! This story is unorthodox but does have a hea. And you definitely need to read through the TW’s to be sure this is appropriate for you before diving in.Side note: KM Moronova’s artwork is 🔥🔥~The fabric of our souls is thin—we’ve been wandering this world just to unite in this small corner of the universe. Our connection is frightening and enchanting all at once.~

Dark, Haunting, Beautiful
Very good read ,dark romance, definitely triggering at times but beautifully crafted work of art. The story grabs you in and leaves you in raptures. Some spice but relatively mild in my opinion. Loved the characters and the journey through their twisted mines due to trauma and mental health. Loved it even when I hated it.

5⭐️ Read- please read
This is the kind of love story you know will end tragically but you’re drawn to read it anyway. Going in you know for a fact it will be heart wrenching, but once you get to THAT moment in the book your soul stills— right before it leaves you. Leaving a pit so hollow that only memory loss can fix the ache you’ve suffered from losing a character. A loss of someone who doesn’t even really exist— except they do because our brains aren’t wired to know the difference between fictional and physical. A loss of what could’ve been if right before THAT moment is when their story truly ended, leaving us to wonder what kind of HEA they get to have. But then there is the loss of the actual ending. Logically knowing it was probably the best likely outcome for all characters involved. Love endures all, but maybe it doesn’t? However, with this loss we will never have to ask that question. This is the type of book that I needed to read to feel something. Something other than pain and sadness, and even though that is what a lot of this book is about, it is also about hope, love, and contentment. As terribly painful and serene as it is to read, I will continue to recommend this book to anyone and everyone. Because it is such that, painful AND serene. And when was the last time you read something that made you feel both simultaneously?

Not bad just not great
I had really high hopes for this book, and maybe that is why I find myself disappointed in the end. This book has been highly talked up, and I wanted to go in and see what everyone was raving about. At first, I really loved the storyline. Mysterious and dark are usually top reads for me. After Wynn gets to Harlow is where I started to really question wtf was going on. Liam is just toxic all around and not in a good way. The story quickly got derailed for me after he started treating her badly. She had attempted once, and all of the sudden, it was meant to seem like she was repeatedly doing it. Then, when they finally tell you what happened to make her like that, it was VERY BRIEFLY skimmed over at the end of the book. That's it. Just mentioned.I thought this book had great potential. The characters were diverse but similar enough they made sense together. The plot was strong until about mid book. I felt like Liam and Wynn had 0 chemistry and the spicy scenes had little to no lead up. They just happened.I honestly think I would have loved this book more if it had been Lanston and Wynn. They really cared and looked out for each other. All in all, it wasn't horrible. it just wasn't for me, I guess.

Tore The Fabric of My Soul
Well written, intriguing, captivating, heart wrenching, deep, with an alluring romantic relationship formed between two people who didn’t know they needed each other and a best friend who gave them his all.Incredibly relatable characters and the illnesses were portrayed very well. For someone who has suffered with mental illness for years I can honestly say this story dug deep into my own heart.Though everything was pretty fast paced, I kept in mind that it’s not uncommon for bonds to form quickly in situations like those portrayed here so keeping that in mind made it all more understandable. The institute itself seems more like a hotel for the mentally unwell; it was so different than any other story I’ve read which was refreshing as well as odd for me (but alas, this is a fictional piece of work). The author formed a pretty decent understanding of the characters given the length of the novel however, I would have LOVED to have a longer story that delved deeper into all three of the MCs minds and their history. They’re all such complex characters but we only got to the surface of their traumas. I want a deeper understanding of the characters ans their bonds. All in all, I would recommend this, especially to those who have themselves suffered and struggled mentally (keeping TW’ings in mind obviously).Ps. Yes there is some good spice in here too.

Tragic. Haunting. Beautiful
The story follows Wynn and Liam as they try to come to terms with their past and the scars left on their souls. The story is immediately gripping due to it's unique start and unusual setting, something which only adds to the allure. The book is beautifully written and it can/will provoke emotion. I smiled and I cried, oh how I cried...There is some 🌶️ but it's far from the main focus of the story.Due to the dark nature of the book it might not be for everyone so please check TWs before diving in.

My new favorite book
The Fabric of Our Souls by K.M. Moronova is my new obsession and this story spoke to my soul in so many ways. Wynn and Liam‘s story is just a masterpiece and one of my new all-time favorite books. Wynn and Liam are very opposite, mainly in the way that Wynn wants to die, and Liam wants to desperately live and feel something. They meet in a hospital after both are at a very low point in their lives and they later become roommates in the Harlow Sanctum center. This is a very unorthodox and unusual place for rehabilitation and that’s exactly why it works for many. This story deals with a lot of aspects of life and health and especially mental health on such a deep level and it made me feel everything. The book shows you the darkest days of these characters while also illustrating happy moments and it made me connect with Wynn and Liam even more on every page. There are spicy moments, there is a murder mystery that the characters try to solve that connects to them in a heartbreaking way and I especially was living for all the moments and glimpses where they experience true happiness like with Lanston who by the way is such an important part in this story and I love him as well. In addition, the writing style is so atmospheric and truly mesmerizing that I can’t wait to devour everything by this author.5+ stars.
