Tsukemoto dry Okara 100gX5 pieces

it contains sugar. It can't be returned.

It took for awhile to deliver but easy to use and full of Okara to enjoy many ways!!!

I bought this but it took so long to arrive, I had completely forgotten about it. The day it came, the envelope and everything but my name and address were in Japanese. Needless to say, I speak English and a smattering of Spanish so I was confused. I opened the package and inside it were 5 individual packages like shown in the photo. The label and all instructions are in Japanese. Not one word of English. I actually had to go back to my Amazon Account, find the order, go back to the description just to get a clue what in the heck this stuff is. Turns out is is dried bean curd, from soybeans. It is used as a breading and a filler, much as we would use bread crumbs but it is much healthier. The taste is bland so it won't change the flavor of anything. Just Google Okara and you will find a lot of info and recipes plus Amazon currently has a weight loss ebook using this product. It was free when I got it, might still be free. That is the reason I ordered it in the first place. The one star ding is for labeling.

Thought it was pricey, but not really cause it yeilds alot per package and you get 5 of them. Some miso, tuna and ajinamoto "msg" and we're a happy camper.
