Lots wrong
Out of square, noise is a real concern, travel path isn’t ergonomically correct, heat doesn’t work, foot rest does not come up high enough, motor is slow, fabric is cheap. I’m disappointed that I didn’t give more credence to the negative prior to my purchase. Note it’s a big hassle to return and the customer service from the seller is non existent. Would never recommend this chair to another person.
