RVG77 Stainless Steel Roof VentGuard with Wildlife Exclusion Screen, 7" x 7" x 9"

Used these vent covers for a house with rats and squirrels chewing through their plastic vents. These covers fit great, were easy to install, the openings were small enough not even a mouse can get through, and sturdy. The price was good - as a business owner I always would like a lower price. The only problem I had was with actual Amazon. The product did not arrive on time, tracking was incorrect and after multiple calls to Amazon they could not even tell me where my packages were or when they would arrive. Luckily my client was flexible on schedule changes and willing to wait, otherwise I could have lost a very lucrative job over the shipping issues. But again that was Amazon's scew up not this vendor. I will order again as the need arises.

Worked and continues to work like a charm ! I finally evicted an unwelcome, non paying, family of masked racoon vandals out of my attic. After purchasing this screen cover and using tin snips, I cut out a section and attached a one way door to the screen. Then I screwed this cover over the attic vent on top of the roof where the raccoons had figured out a way to get into my attic and wreak havoc on my insulation and of course my peace of mind. They would leave at sundown and come back in right before the dawn, making noise and driving my wife and I nuts! The morning after I installed this metal mesh cover with the exit door, I heard the raccoons trying to get back in, but no more noise in the attic. They have not been able to get back in! It's been about three months since I have installed this cover and every once in a while, I hear a raccoon early before dawn try to get in, but so far the screen has been strong and the critters have not managed to get through. What a peace of mind this is. However, I still have to clean up the mess they left behind.

We had a raccoon coming in and out of our attic via older-style vents. We had three vents, so we bought three covers. They were perfect for keeping the pests OUT. I like the black color; they seem very discreet. They are light and easy to carry up a ladder, and they fit perfectly. They are exactly what we were looking for. I saw the raccoon again tonight trying to figure out how to get past the cover, and he couldn't! THANK YOU!

So far it works fine ( i bought 5 to cover 5 vents). They are light weight and seems sturdy. The only problem is that the price is too high for the item.

Installed it around the outside dryer vent outlet. Keeps the pesky critters from entering.

Looks identical in color and sturdiness to the ones the critter control people put on several years ago before I added a new vent. With this item available to ship on Amazon, it would make sense to throw in 6-8 screws. I spent 15 minutes in my most-dreaded aisle at Lowes trying to determine what screws would be appropriate to secure it down but put the smallest holes in my roof... and getting them in an appropriate material. Folks who make this, please include screws and charge a dollar more for it, especially if you are going to send orders directly to people's homes.

I was very happy with this product. Just installed it today over my dryer vent. I'm sort of picky so instead of just dropping it over the vent as designed, I front justified the cage cut and bent it in the rear so that it slips over the front half of the vent and leaves a more open area for the Lint to pass in the front.No more pesky critters! Oh, additionally I thought the price was real good for the quality of stainless. I am recommending this to neighbors And one is purchasing next week.
