The packaging looks fancy, and the water bottle design has an excellent quality build and feel. The instructions were clear. I’ve been using this for over a week, and it is easy to use. I can taste the difference with hydrogenated water, which is especially important for anyone doing a detoxification weight loss diet, athletics, and problems with the inflammation in the gut. Manufacturer instruction recommends using purified water from the local store, but I’ve been using filtered water from the home Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System. I’ve tried both, and it tastes almost the same, but with more hydrogen pumped into them! Once you pour the water in, click the button. It takes under 3 minutes for hydrogen to be pumped into the water. You can see it happening! The charge holds pretty long; I’ve been using it for over a week but haven’t recharged it yet.Overall, I’m delighted. I will drink more hydrogenated water to continue to enhance my living experiences.

This hydrogen water bottle works as described. It is easy to use. It doesn't leak. The glass is high quality and thick. I'm not worried about breaking it. It's easy to clean.With all that said, I went into it pessimistic about the benefits toted by hydrogen water. I intended to test it over a few weeks. Unfortunately for me, I really do not like how it tastes. It makes it impossible to actually see if I'm getting any benefit because I do not enjoy drinking it. Tried it with filtered water, and tap water, and it makes no difference. It tastes bad to me. Cool idea. Not for me.

Ok, having said that, there are few things to think about when deciding if hydrogenated water is for you. The technology is not regulated, and the quality of the machines and their claims can vary greatly.The human body is capable of producing its own hydrogen through natural processes, making the need for an external machine questionable.So with that in mind here is how I use mine. I started by using the machine and then pouring the water over ice since I’m not crazy about tepid water. In research it suggest that the process doesn’t work as effectively with cold water. So now I cut up some lemon slices and pour it over the lemon so that I have some natural flavoring in my water. The instructions say to use 50 degree water. I checked the water coming out of the refrigerator that is filtered and it is 62 degrees. I filled the bottle and put it in the fridge to let it chill. There were definitely less bubbles when I used refrigerated water. Perhaps you can see that for me this is a trial and error process. The machine isn’t cheap, especially if it is just a blue light and some bubbles for a few minutes as I can’t if the 1600 ppb hydrogenation is happening or not.I would say the most important thing is to do your own research and decide for yourself. It does come in a very attractive packaging (perhaps part of the need for the price) that would make for a nice gift if you determine there is clear science behind the concept. The reason for a reduced star is that I don’t really know if I’m getting benefit and the price. But it works as advertised and I’ll keep doing my water with this method.
